RIP – James Sullivan 10/2/1981-28/12/2009
The Reverend, The Rev, Tholomew Plague, whatever you know him by, James Owen Sullivan was a very talented drummer for the rock band Avenged Sevenfold. Jimmy was found dead at his home in Huntington Beach, California, on 28th December, 2009, aged 28.
Whatever your thoughts of the primary band he played in (Jimmy played in numerous side projects), there is no denying he had a natural, enormous ability and passion for the music he wrote and played. The world has lost a potentially-standout icon.
My condolences and thoughts are with the band, and the Sullivan clan in particular as they struggle through this extremely difficult time.
